30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact.
- The item must be in resalable condition.
- Customized items (custom color, dimensions, or other modifications) cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@racerdriver.com to request a return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@racerdriver.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
